Refund Policies
Refund of pre-registration fees
Refunds will only be given for pre-registration fees for MOAEYC events (i.e. conferences, trainings, guest speakers, etc.) that are cancelled by MOAEYC due to weather, low pre-registration, or venue issues outside of their control. Any exceptions to this will be made in writing in the event materials before the registration process begins. Any cancellations will be announced as soon as deemed necessary.
If cancelled, then your refund will be processed within a week of the announcement of the cancellation, to the original form of payment. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card if that was your original method of payment or a check will be issued if that was your original form of payment.
No refunds will be made after the event for missed participation by the intended participants. Substitution of alternate participant made be made, if approved, on an individual basis prior to the event by contacting missouriaeyc@gmail.com.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Director Credential Fees
No refunds will be made for application of a Director Credential. See the Director Credential materials for more information of the process.
Exchanges for clothing items
We will only replace items that are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at missouriaeyc@gmail.com for further instructions.
Shipping returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
