Chapters in Missouri
As an affiliate of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, MOAEYC oversees the local chapters across the state. Volunteer leaders in any area may establish a chapter and bring opportunities for professional development and local resources to their community.
Currently there are chapters in Kansas City, Rolla, St. Louis, Lexington, St. Joseph, Mid-Missouri (Jefferson City area), and Jefferson County (SE MO). There is also a Student Chapter located at UCM (Warrensburg).
A virtual Leadership Chapter and a Director’s Support Group (Facebook) are open to those in leadership positions, and anyone interested in supporting early childhood leaders in their daily responsibilities.
