Carolyn and Jerry Rybicki Scholarship

This scholarship assists in sending a current RBAEYC member to the annual NAEYC Conference. The Carolyn and Jerry Rybicki Scholarship was established in memory of a family who gave their energy to ensuring high quality early care and education for young children in the St. Louis Metropolitan area. Led by Carolyn and supported by Jerry, the Rybicki family has been tireless in supporting professional development for all teachers of young children. Upon Jerry’s death, the family established the scholarship fund through the St. Louis Association for the Education of Young Children. When Carolyn passed away in 2005, the scholarship was renamed and management was moved to the Rivers Bend Association for the Education of Young Children.
